The focus is on eliciting opportunities for improvement from stakeholders
The BA needs to analyze, synthesize, and refine elicitation results into requirements for a project in a fast-pace and effective manner. This 2 hours course provides hands-on training on 13 features to use from Leverforce SAAS when preparing for elicitation activities. Some examples: Recording stakeholder roles and rules of engagement to plan collaboration effectively. Producing draft versions of use cases for their presentation during elicitation activities. Scheduling elicitation activities, etc.
